Thèmes de Recherche
L’AME2P a pour objectif de travailler sur la thématique liant le métabolisme (énergétique, musculaire, osseux) et l’activité physique. La thématique générale de cette équipe est l’étude des mécanismes par lesquels les différentes modalités d’exercice physique (durée, intensité, concentrique vs excentrique, continu vs intermittent, aigu vs chronique) optimisent le métabolisme énergétique et la fonctionnalité musculo-squelettique. Cette approche se fait majoritairement dans le contexte de la prévention des pathologies métaboliques avec pour finalité une meilleure prise en charge et/ou une meilleure planification des types d’entraînement.
